SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULES FOR THE US, US TERRITORIES & CANADA

Paradise Natural has established new shipping rates, delivery schedules, and faster delivery service to enhance your overall shopping experience with us. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders below $75.00 are based on location via USPS. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders $75.00 and above ship FREE – no promo code required! Additional shipping options are shown below.

*For most packages, we use a combination of FedEx and USPS services. Since the final delivery is handled by your local postal service, your order can now be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays. The package is shipped via FedEx to your local post office and then is delivered via USPS for the remaining leg of the delivery. This ensures that we can keep our delivery costs low and pass the saving on to you. ** Business Days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after 11:59AM (EST) will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Using Standard Delivery (FedEx Ground), orders shipped to the eastern half of the US (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, AR, IA, WI, KS, MN, MO, MS) usually arrive within 2 – 4 business days. Using Standard Delivery (FedEx Ground), orders shipped to the western half of the US (WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, OK, TX, NM, LA, UT, CO) usually arrive within 4 – 7 business days. Shipping to Locations Outside the Continental United States

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories

All orders shipping to these locations must be delivered via FedEx 2 Day Air or FedEx Overnight Air. There is an additional $8.00 charge.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options (UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Overnight Air) are not available.

Canada

Orders are shipped via FedEx and expected delivery is usually within 8 – 14 business days (pending customs clearance). Fedex will not forward packages to Canada without a valid phone number. Local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.


Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has shipped containing a FedEx tracking number that you can use to track your package. For most packages, we use a combination of FedEx and USPS services (see chart above to see which shipping method will be used for your package). You can track the majority of your order’s journey using the UPS tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Since the final delivery is handled by your local postal service, a Postal Service Tracking ID will also be listed on the FedEx site. Please enter the Postal Service Tracking ID on the Track and Confirm page of the USPS site for final delivery tracking information.

Once an order ships, it can take 24-72 hours before your USPS tracking number becomes valid and your merchandise can be tracked online. Please allow one business day after your order has shipped for USPS to update their site.


International Locations

Paradise Natural has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Restricted Items:

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an on board fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We’re committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That’s why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via Standard Ground Delivery only. If your order contains one of these items you must choose Standard Delivery for your order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses or International locations.


Returned Packages:

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undelivered, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $7.00 (UPS re-routing fee). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $12.50 charge ($7.00 re-routing fee and $5.50 shipping fee).


Damages:

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.


Cancellation Policy:

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
